  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   great location, off wenceslas sq and close to both Mustek and Muzeum station (easy access to airport), 15 min to Old Town Sq and 20 min to Charles Bridge, all by foot! Shower was great and beds were nice. our room was the furthest away from the wifi so it was just a tad weak but we could still get it. after check out we could leave our luggages in... what people say » cupboards which could be locked and still allow us access to the apartment. it was really appreciated! - the staff is so nice and helpful. Very comfortable and clean room.Good location in the centre of the city, just a few minutes walk to the metro, the sites historiques and the main street. Easy to find and safe surrounds. I've booked a simple room but got a very large space enough for 3 persons. Good price.safe free luggage storage.

  I stayed in the superior room which was indeed that.View from room is amazing and room was large enough to host parents and two young children (10 months, 3.5 yrs) - Exellent city view from the balkony (Executive floor). Service ismagnificient.Perfect value for the service provided. I stronglyrecommend this hotel.

  It was the off season so we paid for a 4 person apt and they gave us a 7person apt. It was right in the middle of everything. You can walkeverywhere. For the money it was a nice place to stay. I would recomendthis hotel. Pay extra for the secured parking.
