Extremely kind staff. Durring my stay my baby got sick suddenly, tehn the staff helpe us very much to call ambulance and so on. And a young person (a driver of hotel taxi) could help us in the hospital as well. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are ok and varied. The rooms are light, clean and nice looking, pretty spacious, too. The whole place has recently been renovated and it is pretty modern. The price was also quite reasonable. The receptionists speak good English and Russian.

It is a small quiet hotel in a quiet street, but handy for trams and metro. The 22 tram to the castle stops at the end of the street. Within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are curteous and helpful. There are good restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely stay there again. - very nice

+the staff at the hostel is super helpful and lovely! she helped me a lot and so i could enjoy the city very much even though i stayed for a short time.
+the metro station is just 30 sec walking from the hostel, which is very convenient. you can walk to the city by walking as well, in that case, it would take 15-20min.
