Location! Cleanliness. Comfort.
Restaurant. Food was just fine. Ambiance was not. Staff smoking right beside my table. (I moved) I was the only one in the section of the restaurant reading my book. At a certain time a staff person came in lit candles, lowered the lighting and left. I could no longer read my book. I was reduced to having to watch the TV which was way too loud and of no interest to me.
The location was fantastic...so central to everything. The room was a generoous size and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would appriciate if breakfast could start earlier than 7.30,than some information on web site about the price of garage and distance from hotel

September, but outside total summer with 25 - 30 degrees. Rooms air conditioning was great. Excellent but quiet location ( walking zone ). In fact all fine.

We booked the hotel for my parents for a surprise 40th anniversary present !! We asked the hotel for a nice room and they gave my parents the best room and also gave them a compliemtary bottle of champagne, which was very nice of them.

Hotel was in the heart of the city, a short walk to everything. Large, spacious and very clean hotel room. Good air-conditioning and a well maintained travel cot at no extra cost for our baby.

The location, the comfort, the breakfast, the building is very old but reconstructed and quite fashionable.
We wanted to arrange a late check-out (just for two more hours!) and had to pay 50 euros. I think it's quite expensive for two hours.

The design of the rooms was excellent, breakfast was lavish, the staff of the hotel was polite and helpfull. Another thing to say about Prague Inn is "location, location, location".
Very central easy to get to all the points of interest by walking.
we purchased some drinking water and the only way was via the restaurants attached to the hotel and 4 small bottles cost about £10 which was a bit steep.
