reception so friendly, good ubication, easy to find, only for sleep good, near to museum one of the most important metro station in prague, one day they recieve me at 4am personal so friendly. The room was spacious with large windows overlooking a quiet street in a good neighbourhood close quite close to the centre of town. Good shower in the ensuite. Perfect location, great value of money, the room is very large, the bathroom is very clean and comfortable. Staff is enough polite and friendly.

Lots of restaurants and cafes are near the hotel! Cozy room! Frendly staff!. - Very close to the city center - Clean Rooms - Big Rooms - Friendly Personal. Easy to find, right in the middle of everything, money/value par excellence. The location. Don't be fooled by the pictures! This hotel like much of Prague is a stunning old Building much loved but not at its prime. The original facade, mosaics flooring and guilded staircase pay tribute to this buildings rich history. The room is comfortable and in a quite area a short walk from the top of the main square. The staff though a little stiff are friendly and accommodating and the furnishing does not leave much to be desired. Excellent location. 10minutes away from the central train station, 5 from the muzeum metro, and 10 from Wencesles Square. The location for that low price. Good price and pretty good location. It is very close to a big park, a big and cheap supermarket, there are a lot of gay bars in the neighborhood. Nothing. the cleaning service are not good but if you are organize there is no problem, more english. No soap in the room. Could only find one working power point which was in the ensuite. Noisy..any noise at the reception is audible in the room. There are no electric kettle and refrigirator. - No plug-in for Phone charging. I would have liked a kitchen area or at least a water boiler in the room to make tea. The walls were a little on the thin side and the layout meant you had a better then desired knowledge of the coming and going of other guests. Room was cold; heating was not on. Some staff spoke no English. It was very sensitively. I had my room just outside the lobby, You here when people speak and you here the door very load when thay shoot. No cheats on the bed. I had to take the other blanket to lay on. The staff spoke almost no English, they didn't provide any room service (didn't even empty my trash bin), the bathroom could be cleaner. Everything especially the staff's mutism and unpoliteness.
