It has an awesome location, walking distance from Charles Bridge!!! Buffet breakfast was included and delicious!! The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy Staff was friendly and always willing to help, at the front desk they gave me a map and marked on it directions to the places I wanted to visit. The Hotel has a very interesting art gallery Excellent food, excellent staff, beautiful Hotel.
all reviews » Perfect location, near the park. Cable railway to Petrzin is 100 m from the hotel. Malostranskaya metro station is only 15 min walk from the hotel (or 2 tram stations). Breakfast is good, you can order sctambled egg and sausage in addition to yoghyrt, muesli and other cold snacks. The room was quiet and comfortable. The dining was good, not over fancy but food I enjoyed so much that we dined at the hotel most nights plus they gave 15% discount to guests. Tram stop right outside the door and 3 minute walk to funicular. Location was close to the Old City and the Castle as well (no need in public transportation, only walking). The staff was very kind and helpfull. 24 hour reception for late arrivals. All in all, we relly enjoyed our stay there. Proximity to transport (trams outside front door), can walk to almost all tourist attractions in the city. A very good breakfast and reasonable good prices and dinner menu. And friendly, helpful desk staff. I liked everything, the location is perfect, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is great, and the room is so cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay in this hotel when i come back to prague. Front room noisy from traffic. 2 single beds despite of booking double room and not twin room. Water pressure was bad, not easy to take a shower (3th floor) A lot of scammers in Prague, do not exchange money before you ask if there is a "limit" (usually written somewhere that if you exchange less than 2500+ euro/usd your excange rate is 30% worse than written on board. Ask someone where to excange your money). It has nothing to do wit this hotel, I just had to write it somewhere. - a small selection of breakfast. Hot water was an issue. Only enough water for one person to take a shower. Show/ bath facilities need to be reviewed. The room was very noisy in the evening and early morning, beacuse it was located right next to the (wooden) stairs. The breakfast could be better. Internet is perhaps the most important amenity for me. The internet went out here for over 24 hrs which also means in addition to not being able to work you cannot pay by credit card. Also the water was never hot an sometimes not even warm enough to shower. The top floor rooms have slanted ceilings so you can't stand up in half of it and the beds our double was two twins pushed together have head and foot boards making this hotel very difficult for taller people. bed, tv.
