What people say
Very , very, very nice hotel! Located next to the bus and tram stops. You can walk to the subway for 15 minutes. Very friendly girls in the coffee shop combined with the hotel. The smell of coffee and the drink itself - the most delicious in Prague! There is nothing superfluousIn the studio, but all that is - only the highest quality. All the equipment in the shower and in the kitchen - modern and comfortable. Dishes from Ikea. The owner of the hotel - very nice man told me where to eat nearby . all reviews »
Charming B&B in Prague 10, with fantastic garden and adjoining
coffee shop. Quiet, generally safe local neighborhood, still centrally-
located but not crawling with tourists. Tram 4/Bus x22 stop directly
across the street, or a 10 minute walk to Nemesti Miru Metro.
Peter the proprietor is fluent in German and English, and was most accommodating.
Breakfast is first rate, with coffee of the same calibre as the café next door.
On-street parking in front of the building was no problem, and free.
the service and the staff at the place are amazing and kind. i had a great time being there and everyone who were around were helpful. i actually liked the fact that the place is also shared with a coffee shop because instead of somehow disturbing the peace it was actually quite adorable and nice, in the matter of people and being able to get my coffee with a few steps outside the room.
the place has a very nice small garden which was pleasent for me since i was staying at the ground floor.
I stayed for one week in the wonderful garden room which was cozy and relaxed
There is a charming garden and the house is beautiful ..
breakfast is simple but tasty ,excellent coffee is served.
location is convenient to get everywhere by bus than tram or metro.
the staff is very friendly and helpful. service was warm and attentive,
Thank-you Peter ,Yana and Tobi for a wonderful stay! .
Mr. Lorenz is extremly freindly and will gladly help you out, if you have any questions. The rooms are very big and you even have a fully-equipped kitchen. The garden is lovely and quiet.
The location is OK, but a bit far from the city center, so be prepared to take the bus (3 stops) plus tram (5 to 6 stops). You can walk, it takes ca. 30 mins to get there.
Great staff, great breakfast for the additional 4eur. Coffees were very good. Room is quiet and clean, excellent bathroom. Extra blankets provided - a big plus on cooler days. Location is good. Catch tram 22 or bus X22 (bus replaces tram in some sections under construction) to everywhere including old town, town square and Prague castle.
great place , little bit hard to find at first, but do not get discourage and look for Coffee House. parking is in front , but it is on the first come first serve bases, so it can become a problem. Please was super clean with fridge , sove, utensils, nice clean bathroom, very spacious sleeping area and living area as well.
Peter and his family were great hosts. This room is good value for money. It is well located and close to public transport and thus very easy and quick to get in and out of new and old Prague city centre. Very nice breakfast for 4euro. And also there is a lovely coffee shop next doors that i open Monday to Friday 9-5.
We loved everything about this accommodation! Peter and his family are so helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable - and there is a great shower! Breakfast is delicious (and cheap!). Also, the location is really handy to everything... We strongly recommend Family Lorenz and coffee house!.
The help received from Peter who really went out of his way to assist even before er arrived. On the last day, when we departed before breakfast he sent us off with a packed meal , arranged the taxi and ensured that we did not have to take any Czech crowns with us!.
Very nice hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there. Every detail in the room was perfect, very clean and confortable. It has a big bathroom, a kitchen area with a freezer and a washing machine, definetely I would recomend this place to everyone!.
Everything was great, excellent rooms, friendly owners, ready to help
anytime. Nice breakfast is suggested. The room was like recently
renovated, very clean and shiny, the furniture was also new and good.
The location is very good and quiet.
On the ground floor you find wonderful cafe where you can drink fine coffee and have a breakfast in the garden.
Very pleasant owner.
Our room was with long balcony and view to the courtyard, nice view.
Very clean room with fine bed.
The studio was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee is excellent. I liked being within 15 minutes walking from the centre, but away from the tourist bustle.
Very friendly & helpful staff & the host.
My husband had a birthday, so by request they organised a super breakfast to the room!
Good location: 10 minutes from subway, 30 minutes by foot from the center. Good bars nearby.
A great experience, very friendly and accommodating family and staff running the hotel.
Very easy access to the city either walking or by bus and good restaurants and supermarkets close by.
This Hotel has everything wht U need. Very convenient rooms, polite, kind and very nice homeowners, free Wi-fi, good breakfast(if U want). I like this Hotel. Very lovely place.
The studio room was spacious with spotless modern bathroom. Although out of the city centre, tram 22 was right outside the guesthouse, which made getting everywhere very easy.
I stayed for only 2 nights in the garden room. I wish it could have been longer. The room was very quiet and cozy. The family were very friendly.
Peter is so nice to provide me the route info. to the hotel, so it is convient to get to there. As to my suit room, it is so wonderful~.
We liked the breakfast, the interior, the tranquility. The owner and the staff were very friendly. A nice place to stay in Prague.
Budget-friendly, clean accomodations. Very friendly staff. Location is a short transit ride (bus or subway) from the city center.
Hidden garden and close for use of tram, bus or walking. The family were very friendly and helpful. Anice quiet area.
I enjoyed the castle where the breakfast was located; the cozy room; the nice windows; the lovely garden atmosphere.
the owner is very very nice. the location near the bus station. very easy to find! you can live in a coffee world.
Easy-going ,friendly atmosphere. Accommodating, willing to help owner. Location. Good coffee. WiFi.

coffee house downstairs plus little garden
very friendly people.

I liked the attention and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Enjoy walking so location is good for a walk into city centre.
Bed was comfortable and clean. Environment is good and quiet.
very personable and friendly atmosphere.
Clean. Comfortable. Good service.
Really comfy beds.
good luck.
The best thing was, when we reached there at 8 am. there was an empty room so they let us to check-in early.
the breakfast was fresh and very filling.
thanks to tobias, he was willing to help us and inform as about so many things.
Good breakfast,
the house was next to a metro station,
very nice people,
nice backyard and Terrasse, the room has a new floor and bathroom,
comfortable bed,
Pretty cheap.
friendly staff, clean room, convenient location ( there is a tram line in front of the hotel ).
Friendly, warm, it is easy to go to city center by bus or by metro. It is not expansive.
Staff was pleasant ,rooms spacious When we booked in place was
clean,great coffee.
Staff.
The location was quiet.
Spacious room.
Although the internet reception was great, the blinking green lights
on ceiling-mounted internet router in our room were somewhat annoying
in the dark.
you should know the place is not in the city center, and although i see it as something good some might not like needing a bus just to catch another one to the city sights.
either than that, you should know the place does not supply you with soap (yes, indeed) as it is very green, the water flow in the shower is quite poor and there are no tv sets in the regular bedrooms.
if you're looking for extra luxury this is the perfect place.
No hair dryer in room. Very bad signal wi-fi, you can catch it only at the window.
Nothing to dislike.
noisy as street is nearby, but not disturbing us much.
Getting access into the guesthouse proved to be very tricky. There is no sign , you need to look for Prague Coffee House and then telephone the proprietor, a bit tricky if your phone doesn't work in Czech republic. If you book studio room with a kitchen, it has simple utensils & cooking facilities but no dish cloth or soap to clean them with - a small matter.
No TV and no hooks in bathroom for towels.
Nothing.
No keg beer.
rooms not yet fully equipped e.g. missing bedroom table
breakfast served only from 8.30-9.30 (not enough tables).
Lack of ventilation
Woken by loud staff
Toilet slightly broken.
Tiny, flat pillow
Window to a quite busy street (didn't bother us much though).
breakfast too simple.
I did not like that when i first arrived the only way to conntact them was through a phone call and i did have any.
Area closes down about 10.00
and doesn't open till after 8.00.
Late night or early coffee not available.
The pluses and minuses of not being a tourist area.
i was book a studio, but when i check in, the owner gave me a triple room (included breakfast). rooms facilities are empty, no hairdryer,no Kettle.
could of been a little closer to city centre but with the bus was only 10 minutes.
No soap in the room.
No hairdryer.
the room was in another building which isnt finished yet and different from the pics in letsbookhotel.com. It was clean but not so many facilities. It was cold at night in the room, there was no hair dryer, no soap (and when we asked for it to the lady, she said that it is unusual but she will bring it)
the door of the wardrobe wasnt working.
its not very close to the city but if you`re young, its walkable.(40 mins to oldtown) or there is bus 22x.
Poor Wi-Fi connection in the hotel room,
spare furniture (a bed, a small table, 2 chairs and a closet that wouldn't open. No tv, no water boiler, no hair dryer, no soap, no holder for toilet paper)
You can't darken all windows.
when I visited, the tram line to the hotel was not working, because of reconstruction. There was a substitute bus line, but at first I didn't understand the situation and lost my way with heavy luggage. The hotel staff should have noticed it!!.
They did not clean the room. I stay in there 3 days, no room cleaning.
There is no cleaning during the stay, breakfast buffet well so they call
it cost 100 ck which is way too much for what is served considering
prices around the city and if you come 15 mins later you eating
what's left ,there is no tv or hair dryer which I thought is basic
equipment you would find even in cheap hotels,no towels changing or re
filling toilet paper or bed making during the stay therefore I would
recommend it for one night stay and eat out.
Location.
They are so confusing and mess up. Don't even know our booking and let us wait in the freezing weather.
We walked up stair to the second floor with luggage by ourselves.
There was no room service or maintenance. We stayed 10 days and the room was never cleaned, sheets were never changed and no new towels were given.
No television, unconfotable mattress of beds, had to call the reception by phone.
