The staff were so friendly. The rooms are basic but for us it was perfect as we were only using them to sleep. Right on the corner of Wenceslas Square, it was easy to get around to the sites.   Franciscan Garden Apartments are a great location with immediate access onto Wenceslas Square and only a 5 min walk to Old Town Square.   great location, off wenceslas sq and close to both Mustek and Muzeum station (easy access to airport), 15 min to Old Town Sq and 20 min to Charles Bridge, all by foot!
