It was located in the Old Town Square, in the heart of Prague. The staff all spoke very good English and the breakfast was good. There was a luggage room which we used after checking out at 11am which was very handy as our flight did not leave until 9pm. The hotel showers were excellent. The location of the loft was perfect. The loft was decorated very nicely and the beds were good quality. There even was a dishwasher and a automatic washer for clothing. The staff was very helpful and always answered questions straight away. -

Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. The owners of the hotel have restored the ancient building of 16th century very accurately. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. Every detail is convenient. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it is quite place in the centre of Old Town.

everything was great, can't think of any way to improve our own experience there. They even emailed us a few days before we left to see if we wanted a transfer from the airport. could be handy for those with no Czech or arriving at odd times, to also send a shopping list for groceries to to bought for arrival - i.e. milk, coffee, bread... though

At first I did not believe that I could get a mini-apartment for that price. But it had a big bed, a sofa, a nice table, kitchen and a big batheroom (extremely clean!)

The apartment we rented was very roomy. We were quite thrilled with it. The living room furniture was a little worn, but still in good condition. A fantastic location right in the middle of everything, close to the Old Town and St Wenceslas Squares and Charles Bridge. We had a very spacious room, good bathroom facilities with a decent sized shower cubicle. Some very tasty cakes at breakfast, and really we had everything we needed for a great price. Would definitely go back.
