It was located in the Old Town Square, in the heart of Prague. The staff all spoke very good English and the breakfast was good. There was a luggage room which we used after checking out at 11am which was very handy as our flight did not leave until 9pm. The hotel showers were excellent. Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. The owners of the hotel have restored the ancient building of 16th century very accurately. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. everything was great, can't think of any way to improve our own experience there. They even emailed us a few days before we left to see if we wanted a transfer from the airport. could be handy for those with no Czech or arriving at odd times, to also send a shopping list for groceries to to bought for arrival - i.e. milk, coffee, bread... though

We loved the location of the apartments. The apartment was very spacious, with everything we needed. The building had old-world character; while the apartment was very modern. Being able to leave our suitcases in the apartment in the morning and collect them from the office later in the day of check-out was very useful. It is advisable to take their offer of arranged transport from Prague airport - we were taken directly to our apartment, where we were met and all paperwork completed. Thank you
