  Mary's Travel was thoroughly professional. The flat was clean and very comfortable. Despite the busy location on Karlovy, it was quiet because it faces the back. We used their transfer service.   So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   Apartment was larger than expected, spacious. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.

  It was the off season so we paid for a 4 person apt and they gave us a 7person apt. It was right in the middle of everything. You can walkeverywhere. For the money it was a nice place to stay. I would recomendthis hotel. Pay extra for the secured parking.   I had a good time staying in this hostel. I always choose for female room. And though the room was full at that time, it wasn't noisy or sloppy at all. So was the kitchen. 1. The location is along the river, near the Charles Bridge and the Castle. You can take tram which only needs 2 stops from the near tram station (near the Dancing Building). 2.... what people say » I booked 1 single bed in 6-Bed Female Dormitory Room. It was full, but the room is big. It's 1 room but they divide it into 2 small rooms, which sepa - The receptionist was GREAT. Very friendly and helped me with any questions I had about the city, including where to shop, how to use the Metro, etc. The location is also incredible for the price - right in Prague's old town by the river. When I show people photos from the hostel room they cannot believe the price I paid for it. It is also convenient for first-time travelers as it is easy to find, especially after a few drinks.
