Really nice and smart hotel. Minimalistic design of the rooms, but cool, fashioned and functuonal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel). Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given.
Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

A couple of things worth perhaps mentioning:
- tram 17 (the stop if just at the Hotel's entrance) goes directly to the city's center (Charles' Bridge and Lesser Town, Old Town and Vaclavac), only 20 minutes. There is also a Metro Station nearby, with the direct

Very nice bright large room with comfortable bed and a couch with chairs. Kettle and tea, little fridge are also available in the room. Bath in the bathroom. Outside there is a nice garden. Private parking in the yard if available for 4 EUR a day, but there are also free public parking places outside. Tram stop is just around the corner and tickets are available at the reception.

The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. It is a new hotel and the decor was quite nice.
