  We booked a three night stay at this beautiful hotel just before Christmas and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Prague with both the old town and the new town on your doorstep.   In short Alqush Downtown Hotel is a great place to stay at. The rooms are luxurious compared what I actually paid and the staff are really great and helpful. The room I had was spacious with a balcony (not the best view, but it was more than I expected). But they let you stay in the - The rooms are spacious, and the room styling is classical, well suited to the city, with a large bathroom. The hotel is located at around 7-8 minutes walk from the Wenceslas Square, where you can catch the metro to the downtown or a tram to the castle. There's a convenience store 200 meters from the hotel open until late. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are going by plane to Prague, I highly recommend the shuttle services, that cost around 25 euros and will get you to the hotel v
