  Everything is great: the apartment itself is new, clean and well-designed, location is just perfect (10 minutes walking from main attractions), it has everything needed and even breakfast is included.   It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay. The bathroom is large and clean, and there is also a sep - We stayed at 10 mixed dorm but in fact it was two separate rooms for 5 ppl both. We had our separate bath and toilet for 10 ppl. Plus there were additional bath and toilet on the floor so we never had problems with having shower. In general there very much space and flowers in the corridors and a nice terrace on the top floor. It is in the very centry and each time you have nice chance to cross Charles bridge. and administration staff is great!!

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!
