  Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining.   Location is in a neighborhood close to non-touristy spots which is good! Staff friendly, but couldn't tell if they were upset or happy with us :) Go to "Verana Pub" close by, best in town! - The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise. Good wi-fi and good services. We enjoyed our stay here.

  New and spacious apartment at the very heart of Karlovy Vary. We travelled with an infant and were extremely happy to find kitchen fully equipped for cooking. The hotel manager Arthur was very friendly and did his best to solve all our problems as soon as possible.
