  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution.   Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining.   Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

  The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary which makes it less than 2 minutes walk from the central Spa area, the restaurants and the main shopping areas. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated "old-fashionly". The staff was most kind and helpful, and even gave each of us a present when we departed. I was on a business trip and enj... what people say » oyed my stay a lot, and im sure the place would also be perfect for couples and families who would like a relaxing vacation. - The staff was great, especially the Lady at the reception (during the day, dark and curly hair). She was very helpful and hospitable, made us feel like home. Really friendly and pleasant. The room itself was cozy and beautiful view. Very clean. Good breakfast. The Lady from the reception also gave us discount tickets up to 40% to various spa accross the street, which we actually used for a great price. Very pleased with the hotel choice. Thank you again!

You have to walk uphill on way back to the hotel, but it was not a problem (for a young couple) and you can use lots of bus lines which stop in front of the hotel.
