Super location. New restaurant building across street with food court basement and reasonably priced restaurants on 3 floors above. Metro 2 and airport bus only steps away: cheap, fast, easy. Great free Dvd selection. Nice bath. large comfy rooms.

Friendly staff, well furnished apartment, located centrally at NangJing Road, free laundry service, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub. supermarket next door, metro (line2 and 7) very close by, lots of food around, windows can be opened, free wifi

A bit noisy during night, construction works on the road and nightly activities in front of apartment, wifi a bit slow

About 5-10 min walk to metro station, decent food options nearby, must have key card to get into building/use elevator plus there is a security guard, room was large and comfortable, washer and dryer (although may take 2 dry cycles), kitchen and sink (did not use so can't comment on the functionality, but it was available), very nice and helpful staff, wifi was good, mini-mart almost right next door, shampoo/body wash supplied in shower. Very good value! Neighborhood is fine.

Office to check-in/out was on 2nd floor or something (minor hassle).

The apartments are an excellent choice for people who want to be free of the constraints that hotel accommodation imposes. The apartments were clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. We were impressed by the range of facilities offered within the apartments.

Security, location, access to metro - on Line 2 from Pudong International Airport - , lots of local food marts, comfortable, laundry done for you.

My room was a little worse for wear. However, cleaned daily & comfortable.

The location was great. Near to Metro Line 2, and lots of restaurants and shopping complexes nearby. Is a cozy, clean and comfortable hotel without hurting ones' pocket. Recommended!!!

The friendliest and most helpful staff. Excellent convenient location close to everything you need. Jing'An district is one of the best in Shanghai to stay. Everything is clean and works great in the room, wifi, washing machine, shower etc.

location is good, room is big and nice. help to wash cloth in the room is perfect for business traveller.

Water pressure is too low in the bathroom. Water from the shower head is so weak.

The staff were really friendly, the apartments were clean and free laundry services were available. The free Wi-Fi was quick! Overall, it provided for a very comfortable stay!

I'm just nitpicking really, but I think the bathroom could do with a small renovation - but it was still good!

The staff was excellent, they responded to every request, the cleaner was wonderful, she even did the washing for us, location is great, right in the downtown, a few minutes walking to the Jing An Metro Station, the apartment had everything we needed, we'll definitely be back, thank you, Ladoll!

the position is really convenient, just 5 min walk from Line 2 Jing'an Temple Metro St.

Like a home away from home I was upgraded for free from luxury studio to apartment. All the fittings, the size, the cleanliness, the position, the friendly staff who spoke good english, but mostly the homely feel of the apartment means I will definately use again
