Room and hotel well appointed, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast included was excellent. Location was great!. I enjoyed the very nicely done rooms and the service is very good. no arabian or weastren resterant , massag price is expensive. the rooms are excellent. Located on the 5th floor, Energia is a relaxed sitting area adjacent to the spa and fitness centre. It serves healthy food, light snacks, cut fruits, home-made energy bars, fresh fruit juices, energy drinks, fruit shakes, vitamin supplement drinks and health restoring drinks.

Important information to guests

Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. According to Shanghai’s anti-smoking regulations, smoking is not allowed in the property's indoor areas. Swissotel Grand Shanghai can provide underground parking space. The parking fee is calculated by hour, and less than one hour will be charged as one hour(parking more than 8 hours will be charged a daily rate). For parking in excess of 24 hours, each additional hour will be charged at the hourly rate again with a maximum of amount per 24 hours period for one entry. The daily rate can be found at the facilities box. Please note that hotel swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 15 Feb to 25 Feb 2018. During this period of time, facilities including Spa, sauna and fitness centre will be open as usual.
