Unique design of the room and the use of recycled material throughout the hotel. Nice ambience on the ground floor entrance / restaurant area, very relaxing spot in the middle of the city. The staff. A free upgrade to garden view room. Comfort and design. Location.wonderful design. The air-con wasn't cool enough for us even after we asked the reception to check on it. Perhaps it was an eco-friendly AC system so we lived with it.
