  The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York.   I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay.
