  All of the staff were courteous, helpful and solicitous. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was nice, near metro stop and easy walking distance of many fine restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Only one block off of major avenue in Santiago central downtown area. The terrace in the back was a nice oasis of quite and cool ambience in the afternoon.... what people say » The staff was very accomodating and allowed me to keep our rental car parked at hotel for 5 hours after we checked out because our flight was in the - The room were very cosy and the staff are friendly, ready to help, and they speak english and a little portuguese. It is located only one block from the metro station in a nice area. Very good for those who, like me, suffer from allergic rhinitis: no carpets on the floor! :)

  What was there not to like. Rooms were very quiet and private; very clean; and secure. The owner was very accommodating to us on our late check-out requests and any other requests we may have had. AC was wonderful on the hot afternoons and the pool so inviting. We were traveling with a group of friends. 6 mature couples and we all enjoyed imm... what people say » ensely. Spacious shared areas as well. Great breakfast including real coffee. Located on the edge of a park and across the street from an excellent - Michelle was over the top with kindness and help. she gave us good local information and was most informative. We felt safe on our walks and it is located in a beautiful area. My wife and I were there four days and had eight others join us. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. I can sure you we will book Bruno's the next time we travel to Santiago.
