  The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York.   This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice.   I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible. Excelent crew always prepared to help you (specially the muchachos Cláudio e Daniel), good rooms (they provided us one with Andes view), reasonable breakfest and perfect location (Costane... what people say » ra Mall is very close of the hotel and the Tobalada metro station is only 5 minutes of walk). Next time I visit Santiago, for sure i'll stay again at - I was unable to attend with group but the group reported to me they received excellent concierge services from David, transports from the ship to hotel and airport, directions to sites and excursions and great overall experience. They would strongly recommend The hotel to others. Comments were from Ms. Greta Russell group coordinator.
