  The great thing about the hotel is location. It's not a great hotel but for the price it's ok. It gets a lot of groups so be prepared for crowds. The did change the meats on the breakfast buffet everyday and it is enough to keep you going for the day.   Absolutely everything! Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly and were very knowledgeable regarding sightseeing, museums, restaurants etc. in Santiago and surrounding areas. Nothing was too much to ask for. Reception staff also had a good grasp of the English language. To top it all, I found Santiago the most enjoyable city - The staff were the best hat we have encountered during our tour of South America. Both the day + night shift knew their business and looked after us very well. Breakfast was superb and I loved the fresh strawberry juice! The location itself proved a good choice. It is the other side of the river from the centre, but it is only a short 10/12 minute walk. The street is quiet, but it is only a 10 minute stroll to the heart of bellavista for the nightlife and restaurants. Mega comfy bed.

  Very friendly staff, good location to downtown and a good breakfast. Will stay there again next time I go to Santiago. - We need a one night sleep in Santiago between two flight - price was good. But we spent $70+ on taxi to/from airport, which made the choice senseless. If you want to stay in Santiago it can be an ok choice
