  Practically everything was excellent. Fantastic views from our room, friendly staff, good food, clean, big, and very comfortable room.   Staff is very well prepared, and accommodations are both beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is the last one on the shore, but the town is rather small, so the distance is definitely not an issue. The breakfast buffet has everything. Did not eat at the restaurant, but the drinks and appetizers were OK. Climatisation is very well implemented, so the room was never cold (even maybe a bit too hot). - Room size was good. I asked for a view and got one. Bed was very comfortable and sleeping was easy. Door service and staff were friendly but many times seemed overwhelmed by numbers checking in.

  1) Awesome view of the lake and volcano from our superior room. We setup a tripod to take pictures out the window. 2) Big room and very nice shower. 3) Nice lobby, and restaurant area. We ate our evening meals in the hotel restaurant which we rarely do. 4) Very good breakfast with lots of choices. 5) Parking at the hotel is good but a little ch... what people say » allenging the first time on arrival. 6) It was one of the nicest hotels on our trip in 2.5 weeks. 7) Staff was incredibly helpful, e.g. to get a renta - One of the best value for price.
