1) Awesome view of the lake and volcano from our superior room. We setup a tripod to take pictures out the window. 2) Big room and very nice shower. 3) Nice lobby, and restaurant area. We ate our evening meals in the hotel restaurant which we rarely do. 4) Very good breakfast with lots of choices. 5) Parking at the hotel is good but a little challenging the first time on arrival. 6) It was one of the nicest hotels on our trip in 2.5 weeks. 7) Staff was incredibly helpful, e.g. to get a renta.

The free upgrade to a junior suite was fabulous. Great bathroom. It was the most comfortable bed we have slept in. The room was very big with a comfortable bed. Fabulous view of the lake and the volcano. 1) Shower leaked on the floor. This is a design problem mentioned in other reviews. Lady at check-out got a bit 'pissy' because one of the $20 dollar notes I paid with was not in mint condition!. The room is a little bit crowded. Nothing really. A second chair in the room would have been nice. Nothing. whish i had more time to stay :(. Internet connection in the room rarely worked. To print something I had to go to the restaurant and load it into my computer and then go to our room to print it. Very little information with regard to the region and locality. Room service menu was not available in the bar or restaurant - this would have been a good alternative to the more formal restaurant options. In the bathroom, the shower needs a door or a curtain. Everything was wet !!!. We stayed in Junior suite. there could be more seating furniture in the room (only one armchair was available). Nothing. The breakfast was very average for a four star hotel. Even self service coffee and tea. Staff at his hotel need some training especially reception staff who didn't seem to know what was going on most of the time.
