Everything. I stayed for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom unit with balcony overlooking the mountains and a small kitchen. It was all super comfortable and cosy - loved relaxing at the end of each day in front of the gas log fire. The unit was well equipped and Wi-Fi was included. Had a lovely time in the outdoor heated pool and hot tub - even while it snowed! Definitely take your swimsuit. Excellent location in the village, just across from a great supermarket and easy walk to everything. Staff .
all reviews » The location of the AlpenGlow hotel is great. right by the Village where everything happens! The staff are very friendly and willing to help you choose the most suitable activity for you. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We saved lots of money cooking our own meals at the kitchen of our room. Building is very clean and well kept! Great place to pass a little vacation with your friends!. Beautiful scenery and the apartment made staying there very easy. Apartment was small but well designed and appointed - really had everything we needed and extra touches like the fire in the room were appreciated - even in June. The sauna, pool at hottub were also a real bonus, though I suspect they would be a lot busier in peak season. The room was well equipped every thing you wanted for a self contained holiday was there or you could go to the many resturants all with in walking distant and were excellent. Lovely location. fantastic location close to market but quiet and ten minutes to ski lift staff very helpful and responsive to any queries rooms very comfortable with lovely views clean free wifi lifts fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location in the village centre and 1 mins walk from the Gondola. Rooms clean, tidy and very convenient to have mini kitchen. Would recommend. The room was very nice and was well fitted with kitchen things, linens and bathroom bits. The view of the mountains was lovely. Tanya at front desk was really friendly and helpful. Nothing! Loved my stay and would go back again. The parking is a bit expensive at $15/night. Nothing. nothing. I wasn't impressed that we had to pay for parking. Also the "secure bike lock up" wasn't secure at all. Our deck chairs had paint/drywall/bird poo all over them so we couldnt sit out. - Unexpected fee for parking : 15$ per 24H. - The garbage room in the underground parking is not clean. - At check-in, they said that they just take a preautorization on the credit card. This is not really true. They really bill at check-in! Anyway, not a big issue, since they bill the correct amount. the condo needed some maintaince...expensive parking. Our flight was cancelled and we missed one precious day in Whistler. Kinda small rooms. Our room was tiny. nothing. It is too far from Australia???. Nothing. Outside noise, elevators, small parking stalls . I'm talking the smallest I've ever seen !!. Was disappointed with the staff in regards to a late checkout at 11am as we were catching a bus back to Vancouver but staff asked us to vacate our room at 10.15 and ended up waiting in the foyer for an hour. -laundry facilities had no soap/dryer sheet dispenser so had to bring own; this was not in email info -room was not as advertised - thought we were getting a real queen bed, not a sofa-bed; the bunk bed was by the door and was very noisy at night with all the hallway traffic -the minuscule balcony with chair was only big enough for one person with a coffee cup guess it was for show only -don't think room was worth the $190+/night for a room with no service. the bedroom size was too small. Our first night we were woken up at around 7am to very loud construction sounds from the floor above. Our neighbours were shouting and cursing because we were all woken up to banging and drilling sounds from the floor above. I thought strata rules for noise level is suppose to be a 10am - 10pm thing. Not a nice first night sleep for me and my boyfriend. Our entire first day was spent to get tge tv fixed and it still didn't get fixed until the next day. Kitchen Tap lever was broken. Propert manager came in the next day to fix the above problems. This is not what we would define as a vacation.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in and be staying in the property for the duration of the reservation. Please note, if the 30% non-refundable deposit is more than the first night's rate then only the first night's rate will be charged. Please note that the front desk is open from 9:00 and closes at 22:00 from November 20 to May 1. From May 1 to November 20, the front desk will be open from 09:00 to 19:00. Guests arriving after these hours will be checked in by the property's 24-hour phone service. Housekeeping services will happen once for stays of 7 days or longer, midway through the stay. Daily housekeeping can be scheduled for an additional fee. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 4369 Main Street, V0N 1B0 Whistler. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
