An excellent appartment , one of the best I have stayed in. Well equipped and very warm and comfortable. The property was spacious and had a washing machine, tumble dryer and private garage. Excellent location. Clean, furnished, with all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. Washer and dryer in unit. Basically, a real 1-bedroom with everything necessary for an extended stay.

We were completely mislead to believing it was at the address stated when in fact it was a 30min taxi ride away. - Reception was unattended and staff were unimpresed by our 8pm checkin - The property had not been cleaned. Towels were soiled, bins were full. It is inappropriate that an organization like Whistler Superior Properties to be listed on a site like letsbookhotel.com. Front desk staff is not as responsive they could be but still OK. Actually, the full-time staff is fine (Gerardo, Dan and Clair), but younger holiday-work visa students that they hire could use a better customer service. Nothing. My husband complained that the TV was too small. Beds were not particularly comfortable. Possibly could add air conditioning - not a big deal for us, though. Deposit of US 500,00 which wasn't informed before. vacuum needed a new bag. immposible to contact office during open hours to report clogged shower drain. nothing. Bad washroom plumbing, with toilet that stopped up repeatedly. Several of the light bulbs were blown out and a couple of lights never turned on. The cutlery was poor grade. Not enough blankets for the six of us. Unfortunately, the bathroom was extremely dirty. They forgot to clean the toilet and baseboard heater had hair all over it. Floor should also have been swept. the unit was not clean and very dated,stained dirty carpet,table still had not been wiped clean and had residual food stains on it. the unit was dark with little natural lighting. Finally there was an annoying alarm in the parked which was constantly activated and not attended to. 1. The online listing gave no indication of the location of the property we were staying at.
