The location of the hotel was excellent for a short walk to the ski lifts through the town. The room was excellent, large and spacious with all the facilities needed, esp washer/dryer and fireplace. Very comfortable, clean and good value for money. A great hotel and definitely recommended. the location was excellent, the lodge was first class , clean well run, underground parking, not the first time we have stayed there great for young families , pool and hot tubs.

Heater/ac was really loud when it came on during the evenings. Pull out couch very uncomfortable- slept on floor. Hot Tub Closed at 10!. Cascade Lodge didn't have baby craddle, so we need to rent it. The room was tiny for the price. I could hear people talking in the next room and people walking upstairs, very audibly. I've stayed in the same hotel through Worldmark many times (last month in the room right next door to our room on this most recent stay) and had more privacy and didn't have to pay for parking. The refrigerator in our room appeared to have been turned off and water leaved from the defrosted freezer onto the food we'd brought. - Carpets could be replaced. - A small oven would be more great for pizza(more practical than dishwasher). - I won't book here unless it's last minute since there is no option to cancel which is a shame. I have booked a similar hotel for August only because I can cancel if something happens). Did not clean rooms during stay. No black out blinds. Up at 4. staff were not very informed of transit service in area. Our room was very small and had dust everywhere! The curtains were caked with dust and over night we would wake up to dust covered phones... We were on the front side of the hotel and you could hear everything, the noise from people walking and people in the pool! It was a bit annoying.. Spa/hot tub is too small.
