Outstanding accomdations and fitness center - Proper breakfast. No buffets with lukewarm food. Staff actually appeared interested and were extremely helpful. Quiet and well appointed. ining room staff were exceptional and very personal.

My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!! - The location was central to the downtown area and made walking to our destinations easy. Shopping was just steps away.

Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. -

Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.

We were on an organized bike ride from Seattle to Vancouver so we had three bikes with lots of gear. It was tremendously convenient to be able to keep the bikes in storage. Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!
