The hotel itself is well appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

  Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave us great recomendations about where to eat, and what to do in bc. Wanted to say an extra special Thank You to Glen A. for taking such good care of us and helping us find great affordable eats and entertainment. We were on a week long road trip and stayed at 5 hotels in 7 days ... what people say » - this by far was the best value of any place we stayed; and our room was absolutly perfect for 2 guests; having a seperate bedroom and living room sp - Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving

  We enjoyed the room, food and the courteous staff. We found the location to be central to everything we wanted to do. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing.   We were very happy with both our stays that we have spent in Vancouver. We had a double room with shared bathroom and to our surprise was the bathroom not on the floor, but with directly linked door to our room. The bathroom is only shared with another room and everyday extremely cleaned by the fabulous staff. Everything is spotlessly clean, there are kitchens on some floors for use and those are also s - The hotel has a very central location. The room we had and all other facilities were very clean and the shared kitchen and appliances provided are really useful to have (e.g. stove, microwave). The location is very good and walking distance from "downtown" with quick access to shops, restaurants etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

For $2.75 we caught the no 6 bus to the sky train that took us out to the airport in 45 mins. Saved heaps in taxi fairs and was easy. Great affordable place

  Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.
