First night was in a newly reno'd suite. Wonderful. Esp loved the Nespresso machine provided in the room and the whole set up even if in a tiny space could satisfy me or a small group for a week or longer of business or pleasure.

Second two nights in an I renovated suite, outdated and lacked the same amenities.

When our tv was faulty, we received a new tv

Internet was sporadic; eventually fixed with phone calls to the front desk reservation was on 2nd floor instead of higher floor as described in booking; however, they comped our parking to make up for the error since the hotel was fully booked.

Location for walking in the city. Ample dining restaurants in the immediate area. Able to do self catering in our apartment. Just a great experience.

Our luggage was not delivered to our room in a timely manner. It turns out I was to provide a ticket to the desk, but the desk never asked for it and we had to make serveral call to have our luggage tracked down and delivered. When leaving I attempted to get a cart to bring down our own luggage and was refused. I prefer handling my own luggage and so had to make a couple of trips to carry it down myself.

The room was spacious, equipped with a handy kitchen. The location is great for shopping and all sorts of entertainment.

AC is loud and sound insulation was not good. Signs of age were observed.
