  The location of the hotel was good for coming off the highway. There were some nice shops close to the hotel. They gave us a map pointing out features close by. Valet parking was only $5 more than park it yourself. The staff are friendly and helpful with info. - Went to a concert and the Delta connected via pedway to the location.   Staff friendly, offered restaurant ideas in walking distance. Room was nice with view of harbour. The only issues we had was playing with the temperature in the room, we finally managed to get the air to stay on. - The hotel is very nicely decorated, as are the rooms. Nice and clean rooms.   Asked for linking exterior door for co/room mate smoker and got exactly that. Price was good for the short distance to Uptown Saint John. Front staff recommended restaurants and bars and was very helpful. - Tremendous staff. Very accomodating. Handy to everything for shopping, sight seeing.

  Breakfast was always very good and fresh. Staff was friendly. Check out hour is good. I liked the coupons for local restaurants. Bed was comfortable and I liked the duvet. - The hotel is clean and has comfortable rooms.......convenient location close to shopping and to family we were visiting......would definitely stay here again.
