  First,location is very good. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is more than adequate. The kids enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent with good selection. - Close to amenities and close to convention place.

  We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. - Beds were wonderful. Had a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room.   Staff were very good, polite and friendly. answered all questions well. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was excellent. Food at Fogg and Suds attached to the hotel not bad. - Ralph at the front desk was incredible! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offered overall amazing service!

  We used the hotel as an overnight stop close to the airport in Vancouver. It was a comfortable night's stay that served its purpose. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from a Skytrain station, so an evening visit to the Vancouver waterfront is easily achievable from this location. - we really liked our one bedroom suite and having the washer/dry... what people say » er was a bonus. The room sizes were above average. This hotel felt more like a condo than a hotel but with excellent customer service and all the extra's! We will defintely stay again :)

  The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We always stay at this hotel when we are catching a flight. The late check out option is very handy if you are catching a later flight.
