  We went with two families and the units were perfect for us to be together but still have our own space. I loved the fact that it had a kitchen which allowed us to bring all our own food, and make the vacation affordable.   Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto. The staff did their best to meet any requests eg obtaining a toaster for the kitchen which was supplied almost immediately. - A very large appartment type hotel within walking distance of the subway... what people say » system.   I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

Location is so close to many restaurants and even to the market, if you like a bit of a walk. - This place has everything. You don't even have to pull out your laptop! Computer AND PRINTER all in your room. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

  Great that we got an upgrade to two rooms for 2 grand-parents with daughter and her two children. The lady looking after the breakfast was most accommodating, friendly and went out of her way to look after our family. - We were just there for one night, but it was excellent.

  Upon entry i was greated by a very friendly helpfull receptionist. Even though we were eary, the room was ready as she gave it to us immediately. The room was very, very clean. The beds were exceoptionally confortable. The room was well decored We will be staying their again and highly recommend it - Great Inn in a small town.
