  I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities.   This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was absolutely amazing. This was @ no extra cost to us & I was amazed @ what was available within that suite. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for value for there money. - I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

  great suroundings, we had to travel to Barrie and it was a short drive. Did not have a lot of time to check out the area and it rained all day sat. - The remote location but access to city ameneties. Facilities and access to golf courses.

  Excellent fitness facilities. Made use of the fitness classes along with gym. Locker room was clean and relaxing with available steam rooms and dry sauna. Location is 15mins from Niagara on the Lake and 15 mins to Niagara falls. Staff was very friendly and helpful.   Really beautiful location right on the St. Lawrence River near the 1000 Island Bridge. Great family location with indoor and outdoor pools and beach and docks. The kids rented some kayaks and enjoyed the area near the hotel. They had a great time. The WiFi signal was strong and very easy to connect to. - The staff was very friendly, although at times confused or slow with serving. The rooms and sitting area right by the water are lovely, as is the restaurant. The location itself is very beautiful. They even found us a raised toilet seat!! (My friend just had a hip replacement.) Food was very good - good choices, but portions far too huge!

  During our stay, one night we had to leave the building twice because of fire alarm. The second one made us late for my children's snowboard camp (they missed half of it). As I complained about it at the hotel, they organized my children being accepted to the afternoon school at no extra charge. Thank you!
