  I loved the convenience of the location. It is only two hour driving from Toronto and hotel has beautiful scenery looking to the lake. the free breakfast of good quality makes easier and happy and also free coffee in the lobby. I would recommend to my friends to stay in this hotel for family vacation. Also having small kitchen it is definitely... what people say » useful to make small food and warm up any meal. - The Inn was excellent in terms of decor, facilities and the breakfast offering was stellar. The suite we stayed in surpassed our expectations. Tastefully decorated and super clean! The bed was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the scenic view of the wharf from our balcony. The complimentary coffee and evening snack were a very nice touch.

  1) The impeccable customer service at check-in when our booking was cancelled in error by letsbookhotel.com. The staff at Reception including the Manager, were able to re-instate my booking with no fuss. 2) The suite (# 601) King-size studio, was perfect for our needs over a long wedding-weekend. A full kitchen was useful, as were the free interne... what people say » t and spacious suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were top notch. Breakfast was included and the choices were ample. - Although the room rate was no bargain, I thought it was good value. The suite was large and we got full use out of it. Everything about the room from the bed (very comfortable) to the bathroom (loved the glass shower) to the not-so-small kitchen (even had a dishwasher and a toaster) was top notch. The staff was also very helpful when I cycled up to the front door on my dirty bicycle after riding in the rain. They took me to a hose in the garage where I could clean it.

  I was very impressed with the front desk assistance. I had booked with letsbookhotel.com, left my full name on the information yet somehow letsbookhotel.com had my first name as my last name and N/A as my first. Bryan at the front desk couldn't find me in the computer due to this fact and took the time to phone letsbookhotel.com to get what extra ... what people say » information he could. At letsbookhotel.com they had all the information so he was then able to find what letsbookhotel.com had me listed as. Very exce - I really enjoyed the king size bed. The room was quiet and clean. The best part about the hotel was the location. I came in to see the CG on the Hill and it was a pleasant walk to the hill.
