  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Hyatt. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location in Yorkville was accessible to most of the attractions around Toronto. We need to give special mention to the Concierge team who went out of their way to help us and give recommendations on everything. This is the second time we stayed at the Hyatt and we will definitely stay again if we come back t - From the moment we arrived at the check in desk until the time we checked out, we were treated like royalty. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff. They were professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. Their goal (and they succeeded) was to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

  I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous. I needed a specific type of tea which was supplied immediately. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. When checking in at the front desk, was informed that I had been selected as their Guest of the Day and upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. I was very surprised and appreciative of this gesture. We were in town for a family wedding and were able to entertain guests in the suite comfortably in the sitting area ... what people say » with a great view of the city. - I like the Hyatt because it's close to Rogers Center, ACC, CN Tower etc. It is near fine dining and theater. It's in the heart of TIFF...so you may see celebrities....the New York Red Bulls soccer team was there on this particular weekend.

  This is a great place when travelling with a group of friends and wanting to stay all together. The kitchen facilities give you freedom of choice in terms of breakfast etc. Location wise - it is dead at the weekend but Toronto is small enough for you to be able to walk anywhere. There was a welcome gift of chocolate and wine waiting for us. - Loc... what people say » ation was great for walking to attractions ie Eaton Centre and restaurants nearby. Convenience store downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful but no one seemed to be at the desk at checkout only security guard. Cleanliness and toiletries was appreciated.
