  Great location to farmer's market and shopping outlets. Close to St. Jacob's. Really nice breakfast with lots of seating options. Beds comfortable with great pillows. - The décor was beautiful, especially the locally designed glass doors and art work. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Amazing facility.

  Very nice hotel, great value. Just off the main street, full of restaurants/shopping/etc. Hotel was clean, stayed in the Sleepy Bear room, cute !! Staff were very friendly/helpful. Breakfast was basic but very good. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this location. - Price, location, staff, breakfast.

  The staff was excellent and I could tell they genuinely cared that I had a good stay. This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at and I've never had a better nights sleep in a hotel. I won't stay anywhere else. I also watched the manager deal with an angry customer. He did a great job. - The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly... what people say » and helpful. Room very comfortable and awesome breakfast the next morning. Would stay there again. We usually try to stay at Best Western because of our great experiences at them.

  A very quiet room, clean and very functionally laid out. We only stayed the night but it would be perfect for a longer stay when saving money eating in as the kitchenette was comfortably workable. - I loved the room, very clean and had a great sleep. The breakfast was fantastic.

Had been given a room with handicapped facilities which was much appreciated. - Like the spaciousness of the room, the gym, the breakfast selections.
