  Location was excellent. You are right in the middle of everything. Trolley and boat cruises are right there. Staff was excellent and helpful.   The nice view, the great location and the friendly staff - It was walking distance from the falls, but not too close.....The staff was nice and watched our suitcase before and after official checking in and out time.

  The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly. Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -... what people say » They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  The rooms were clean, the A/C was working and when I had a problem of the smoke detector beeping, the manager was in within 10 minutes of my request to replace the battery. Also, even though I was beside a camping ground, it was very quiet at night. - We enjoyed a lot while our stay in this beautifull motel.   We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. There are always people who will complain about something.Overall, we had a great time in the Falls. Enjo - The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

  We are a mature couple with our daughter and 2 small grand kids to visit friends in the city. We all agreed that we would recommend the LaSalle to friends. Rooms were clean, very comfortable beds, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to end and begin our day. :) - I liked that the room was clean and beds were comfortable.

  Clean rooms, helpful staff, on-site spa, got a ground-level room so that I can bring my bike in and out easily. Also the lady front desk clerk let me keep my bike and luggage in my room as I went for my massage even though it was past the 11:00 check-out time. Also it was close to the back roads that led to wine country so I didn't have to go thro... what people say » ugh the city. - For the price, my room was excellent - it was clean, the bed was comfortable and I liked having sun in the morning. The staff were great - they went out of their way to be helpful. In the morning when there were no cups left in the breakfast area, the woman at the front desk very kindly gave me her own ceramic mug.

  Traveled by myself for a weekend conference. Was perfect for my needs. Close to Pearson International. Big room for 1 person. Casey's was a good restaurant. Nice place to have a drink too. Wi fi was slow but ok. Used it mainly for Facetime with my family. Had trouble connecting at certain times of the day. Cleaning and front desk staff were friend... what people say » ly. Whatever they use to clean the hotel leaves a damn good smell in the halls and room. In general hotel felt a little oldish but not a problem to me - Good price and location near the airport and various restaurants including a very good one with bar, on site. Excellent and friendly staff. Also indoor pool where we had our 4 grand children over for a visit and a swim. Towels provided at the pool. The room, linens, bath and bed were all very good. Very good parking. Will be staying here again on our next trip to the area. Thanks everyone!
