  We loved this hostel! Everything about it was great,from the location to the friendly service to the clean, comfortable rooms...it was quiet and very well-equipped, had all we needed and more. Not your typical backpackers hostel. Cool old building totally refurbished with warm, comfortable touches. They provided nice bedding, towels, etc. which I ... what people say » was not expecting. Excellent location right on the main street but at the quieter end....easy walks to shops, groceries, etc. My kids loved it too -- - All of the staff were very friendly, helpful. Rooms are comfortable, very clean. Location is excellent. Kitchen and dining areas are well set up for preparing meals. Private outdoor courtyard off dining area is great.

  It was a warm and welcoming home away from home: comfort, cleanliness, kind and friendly owner who was interested in sharing knowledge about places to kayak, close to the Quadra Island ferry, had lots of pamphlets, maps, books and board games for inside time.Good showers with no extra cost. Safe for those travelling alone. Owner on site muc - Absolutely everything was perfect, nice and cosy interior design and layout, big communal area, lots of space, super clean facilities, big kitchen, very friendly people, I felt very welcome and at home, fantastic location close to ferry and all the shops!

  I thought that this was really awesome. I had some troble sleeping at first since I'm not used to sleep in the same room as others, but when I changed for a private one it was so luxurious. Even the honeysmell of the soap. I loved the design and that the kitchen was so fresh. We had our own big bathroom & big room with a double bed. Massive communal kitchen with plenty of space to cook & store food. Delicious meals at the cafe. Very friendly staff. Bus stop right outside the front door.

  Clean accommodation providing a nice sized room with a kitchen and private bath. The grounds are beautiful with lovely landscaping, walking trails and walks throughout the grounds. The location is quiet and removed from the hubbub of the city. Economical. Supports the University.   all staff are so kind and room and shower rooom and so on everywhere is clean. have experience to stay some hostel but here is the best hostel I've ever stayed. Thank you all staff!!! - Friendly staff, friendly guests, opportunity to meet new people, access to kitchen, tv room, showers, wi-fi was all greatly appreciated!
