  Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. - The fitness room, the Japanese restaurant and the pub. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

  everything was great! we were there for a funeral and the staff was awesome! We stayed 3 days so maybe that is why the room was not cleaned well each day. It was acceptable but not spotless. all in all it was a good stay. Thanks - My check in was great - Friday the 22nd, around noon - super friendly and fast...housekeeping was incredible through... what people say » out the stay

  this is a really beautifully restored older hotel in the middle of a small city. the staff asre really helpful and informative. the decor is lovely, and they include so many amenities. before you arrive they turn on the lights and have the local tv chanel with soft music on as well. they include a full menu sitdown served breakfast as well, an... what people say » d believe it or not, you can phone anywhere in the world for free!!! i loved it!! - Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.
