Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.

When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. -

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Saw some reviews that weren't great, but we found everything to be wonderful. The restaurant has new chefs, and the food was terrific. It is a restful and quiet place at this time of the year - late November, and enough snow for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.
