The pictures on the web site didn't do the hotel justice at all. The room was beautiful and well worth the money. I would recommend it to anybody. We had our own little area to sit out and enjoy the evening. Next door was a lovely restaurant with live entertainment that we also could enjoy. Friendly management, quiet and well off the main highway, short walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, budget-friendly.
all reviews » We loved Nazir. He was very friendly and helpful. I hope he is allowed to get his Yoga started because we would have taken it. Walking distance to the whole town and the food store and restaraunts.The trails were excellent. clean convenient friendly allowed our little dog great pool and hot tub relaxing affordable. Prompt service from front desk. Full size fridge.Pool was well maintained. Staff excellent, friendly, size of the room OK for 1 or 2 night no more. The room was comfortable and had was quiet and we had a great view. The rooms were a great value and the staff was super good!. The place is clean good location for hot pool. Quiet. Friendly owner. close to springs but away from highway. The queen beds were a good size for two people. Bathroom was modern, shower and a bath. Nice location of busy main road. location. That it was in Radium. There was parking!. The owner was not pleased with his arrangement with letsbookhotel.com and complained to us about that. Small screen television is almost useless for viewing sports, but at least you can listen to the news and weather reports. The hot tube wasn't working. an outdoor pool would have been nice but the indoor one did the job. Microwave too high,needed chair to reach.not enough plates or utensils for number of people booked in room, however this was addressed quickly. Fair internet or no Internet, WiFi very slow or very difficult to get. Not a luxury room,. The TV...to small but this is my only compliant!. Internet wireless didnt work at all during our stay. No utensils in the room. You have to ask for it. A different motel shows at the same price with a kitchenette which would be great if this has one. - Decorating needs updating but still kept in good shape. - Loose carpet on outdoor stairs is a tripping hazard and doesn't look the best. Very old everything. the three star hotel was perhaps 2 star. Your booking said it was $125 dollars and we were charged $143 dollars....with no other availability we had to pay?. Chairs outside the rooms need replacing. They looked pretty old. Air conditioning control panel inside the room looked like it had been very mistreated. It worked but there were covers missing. Looked unsightly. Ceiling in bedroom part needed painting. Had some noisy guests who decided to argue outside their rooms at 3am. Management needs to charge people like that double the room rate. the hot tub was not open on the night we arrived and was cold the second night. Booked this motel because it had a hot tub. Pool area was disgustingly filthy, wouldn't went in anyway. Gross. Beds were rock hard, showers were gross. Not a pleasant experience at all. The room was dirty-there was a large ball of hair in the bottom of our shower. Not cleaned at all and we could not shower. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and not repaired. There were dogs staying 2doors down from us. When no dogs are allowed. Told the manager and he didn't seem that effected by our concerns- no offer to discount our room or to comp it as none of us could shower. We booked a queen and it was not ready so they did not give us a choice of another queen but put us in a very uncomfortable king for $45.00 more and it was not clean either. There were other queens at the price we were quoted but put us in more expensive room. This inn was gross! Party central! Dirty! I will never stay there again! I was scared to turn off the tv as I might be attacked by cockroaches! My kids said it reminded them of something from the movies!. Very old and outdated and uncomfortable accomodation. Beds were hard, no hot water, dirty.
