e found the Piccadilly Motel to be a cosy, comfortable place to stay in the middle of Radium. It is in easy walking distance to everything with staff that are ready to help with great advice on things to see, go to and do. At 05:30 there were 20 Bighorn Sheep on our door step. LOL. Liked the end unit (5), porch & chairs. Great response to the tv problem. And thanks for letting us stay a bit beyond check-out to watch our grandson's soccer game on tv (Canada Games).
all reviews » The room was well kept, and the bathroom besides being on the smaller end looked renovated and very clean. Although the room was small and a little dated, it was definitely a great value. Very clean and comfortable room, well-kept grounds. Well stocked mini-kitchen. Excellent location. The folks at Piccadilly were friendly and helpful. What a great little "diamond in the rough". I loved the room, it was so warm and cozy and the staff was very friendly. I will be back for sure. Great service on check in. Our room was a great surprize with fantastic mountain views. This is a small motel with a great small motel feel. Nice little cottage with kitchenette, sitting area and separate bedroom. Also a nice deck to sit out on. Easy walk up to the shops . I liked everything about our stay! It was a great vacation townhouse to meet other family members for a relaxed and pleasant visit!. they were very accommodating , emailed them and called to make it a special trip , they did exactly as i asked with no problems. The Piccadilly was quaint and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again! We really enjoyed our stay there. close to everything. having tv in each bedroom was great. nicely stocked with kitchen supplies. Location is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good and clean and would stay again. we really liked the family friendly and relaxing environment. we will be staying here again. - new park next door for the kids - BBQ available - made a great steak dinner that night. Close to restaurants and shopping. Older accommodations but very clean. What was there not to like?. Very minor thing - can opener was broken when we went to use it....but we replaced it as a thank-offering for the great tv service!!. My husband and I arrived on a +30 degrees day, and since our room was west-facing the room was unbelievably hot and stuffy when we first arrived. Luckily there was air conditioning but it took a good hour for the room to feel comfortable. Also, the curtains were not too heavy so while the sun was out the room was quite light inside despite the curtains being drawn. Gravel driveway and parking area a little tricky on motorcycles, but manageable. There were no extra garbage bags but it wasn't a big deal...very minor. the coffee maker and small shower. microwave in the office only. Slightly tight washroom. Wish they had a hot tub!. Paper thin walls. The walls made from glass, too much warm and not privacy. nothing. It wasn't tourist season so not much was open for food at night but there was a Timmy's just down the road in Vermeer. Had difficulty finding it off the booking reservation map which had it outside of the town and it was inside. The lack of choice in the restaurants in the area. no microwave. Needed towel holder in bathroom; A/C partially functional. Leaving. small windows, stiff at nights. Nothing. Nothing. The bathroom tiny bath not enough toiletries or towels. the quality of the beds and the bathroom facilities.
