  I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.   very convenient for visiting the old city, it was a 15 min bus ride away and it dropped you right at the old walls. Also lots of other ammenities close by ie. grocery store. - the junior suite was great, easy of access of the hotel located outside the old city, very quiet

It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast.   The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time . We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too. The view on the old Québec.
