  I really liked the staff, I was impressed with the professional, responsible, caring staff. The one housekeeper I met was out going, and kind, not sure where she was from England, Ireland or Scotland. I also like the location anything and everything within walking distance. Good heat control. They had a lot of toiletries and nice soap. The bed was very nice, staff were friendly. It's close to a bit of everything. I work on the road and this is one of the best and economical motels I've stayed in. Everything worked in my room. And the front desk was open 24/7. I will stay here again. They also have suites for a reasonable price. A++

  Forget all valuations on letsbookhotel.com, older then 3 month. This former rundown Travelodge has been taken over by a Chines-Canadian late 2012 and was completly remodelled and renovated since then. Like all Chinese owned Motels I have been to so far in Canada, the place now is silver-clean, operator and staff are extremly friendly and rooms are... what people say » comfy with new beds, large flatscreens, well working free wifi, newest model coffee maker, fridge, new silent aircon. Rooms now have a top- notch 3 s - I really liked the friendly and professional staff! When I asked for help with directions to two different locationis the girl was really helpful in pulling up directions from the computer and printing it off and then explaining them to us! Holly was another amazing desk clerk! Very cheerful and helpful! The night manager was fantasric! I would deffinatley recomend and go back to this lovely hotel! It 's too bad that it is called the Hwy Hotel, as that might scare off visitors from booking in.

  Was very surprised at the cleanliness and layout of our twin queen room. The bathroom also was well done as it was large and very functional. Your breakfast area was the best we have ever seen and we have been traveling and staying in many hotels all over the world. Our room faced the freeway and we could not hear the vehicles at all. We are shock... what people say » ed that you have received only a 2 star rating as there are many services within walking distance of the hotel as well as transportation services. - The staff was excellent. The bathroom design was great. The Hotel is in a convenient location for our needs.

  The staff was exellent, very courtious and helpful with finding any information about the surrounding shops and travel options as well they were very quick to alleviate any of our concerns about the room especially when I couldn't figure out how to work the plug for the bath tub...lol! - I like the fact all was very clean ,the continental breakfa... what people say » st ,very good idea as we don't know the city ,first thing in the morning is nice not to worry about where to go eat now .staff was also friendly ,room was confortable and felt very safe
