I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends this past weekend. I could not believe the facilities at the value of this hotel. I have stayed in many major hotels all around toronto, this one blew them out of the water. You are close to a lot of restaurants and the location is right downtown. Location, design, staff and linens, room design was great, uniquely different. Appreciated the upgrade and will definitely stay again. I have stayed at the Sheraton and Hyatt. The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -
