I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. 4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space.
Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food.
Coffee is always available.
The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

Two bed rooms are great for those who want a budget option but a step up from a dorm. Well equipped and clean throughout, with the little touches that make a difference like space to hang/put clothes and towel while in the shower and individual bed lights (in 2 bed rooms, didn't see dorms!). The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. There is also a fireplace in every room. The host was wonderful and cooked an amazing breakfast. The dinning room has multiple tables. You do not have to dine with strangers. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Very charming an cozy house with the feeling of centurary. First time experience with B&B. Children loved it, so do my husband and me. The private breakfast served by Carolyn herself was wonderful. The moment we entered the dinning room, it is all wow ehhect. Fresh fleet, cande light, lovely fruit platter and many many more! It is the most beautiful house on the river road. You won't miss it! my new husband is a tour guide in niagara falls and we have always loved this b&b, so naturally we picked it for our honeymoon. he always points the chestnut inn out to his tour clients and will now do so with personal knowledge of how beautiful it is. we were thoroughly satisfied and want to go back for our first anniversary, even though we live locally. it was like going to another period in time and we loved it.
