  The hotel was very centrally located and our room exceeded our expectations by far as it was very recently updated with beautiful finishings, a very modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. Parking is available a block away for $16 per day in the City Hall parking ramp. The one way streets were a bit tricky, but the staff dr - This is a delightful place right in the heart of Vieux-Quebec. My room was quite small but comfortable, with plenty of storage space. You need to be able to deal with stairs, but the staff are very obliging helping with luggage. Free coffee is available at breakfast time, and there is a discount arrangement for breakfast in a nearby cafe. I found it an excellent base for a few days' stay.

  We absolutely loved this place! The location can't be beat...one minute walk to all tourist sites but far enough off the main square to avoid being kept up at night with noise. The room was very cute..2 separate sleeping areas and a beautiful view of the neighboring park and St. Lawrence River. The room was immaculately clean as well. Loved it... what people say » ! - The location is right next door to the Frontenac Hotel, in front of which is an information building and the on-off bus, so a great way to get started.   I was expecting a two star hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe in relation to its luxury neighbouring hotel it is a 2 star but in my experience this hotel would be at least a 3 star. It's over 180 years old but you would never know it based on how immaculately clean it is. I would recommend this hotel over any generic Hilton or other inter... what people say » national hotel any day. You can't ask for a better location in Quebec City. Last, the staff were wonderful and the service was amazing; it is so refre - My flight was delayed and I arrived very late and the hotel staff was kind enough to stay up and wait for me to arrive, then carried my 38 lb bag up three flights of stairs to my room. The following day after I checked out the staff allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel while I shopped and had lunch, then called a cab to take me to the cruise port. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and I enjoyed my stay and hope to return for another stay in the future.
