Wonderfully helpful owners, full of suggestions for walks, places to eat and totally focused on ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a feast, around a large shared table so we got to hear the stories of other visitors, a great way to connect briefly with others. in a perfect position to access the tourist spots of grouse mountain and the capolino suspension bridge.

We used the hotel as a stopover point while visiting the Vancouver area and were very happy with the service and the location. It is very close to great attractions in the area. We were able to leave our vehicle for a reasonable fee while travelling on an Alaska Cruise. This was a bonus as parking in the downtown Vancouver area is very expensive.

Although situated on a busy junction, our room (103) was at the farthest point possible from the main road and there was no road noise.
Room, with sitting area and kitchenette, was a good size.
Swimming pool (open air) was good, if a little warm for the hot temperatures!
Location meant easy access to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, but equally easy to access downtown Vancouver over the Lion's Gate Bridge.
Staff helpful.

Coming from Whistler/Pemberton it shortens the drive back home (no LIons Gate Bridge) so great location for shopping. The beds are very comfortable for the price. This is a cheap motel essentially but it has all the necessary comforts and is clean enough. The wifi signal is ok and the room was spacious. If you are on a budget, I would recommend it. If you are looking for somewhere special to stay, I would pass.
