  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient.   We absolutely loved this place! The location can't be beat...one minute walk to all tourist sites but far enough off the main square to avoid being kept up at night with noise. The room was very cute..2 separate sleeping areas and a beautiful view of the neighboring park and St. Lawrence River. The room was immaculately clean as well.   The location of this charming, boutique hotel is excellent. On a quiet street, but steps away from the Frontenac and promenade. We enjoyed several waterfront picnics in the Jardin immediately across the street. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I have visited Quebec City many times and this was definitely the best location that I have stayed. It is a short stroll from a quiet and relaxing room to the many sites, shopping and incredible tastes that can only be found in Quebec City. Our nights were co - Le Chateau de Pierre is a charming small hotel in the center of Old Town. It is in walking distance of great restaurants and the Citadel and museums. The room in the hotel was comfortable and the owner was a gracious hostess. Min was especially helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do. Breakfast was included and fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, and a variety of beverages were offered. She even called a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I tend to rely on other visitor comments and found them to be very helpful. I do not have one negative thing to say about the stay and the staff were very friendly and after a long night of travelling accomodated us immediately with a room, which was a very pleasant surprise.
